Signature-mail.com LLC develops proprietary technologies that personalize electronic communications with handwritten images. 

Version 1.0 went into beta in September 1998 and included an automated fax service for those without a scanner or pen input device. It was soon upgraded to Version 1.01 and the commercial release was highly rated and well received. 

The following chart is from an independent study completed in 2000 by Greenfield Online, surveying a sample of over 3,500 Signature-mail customers. The total satisfaction rate was 94 %.

Signature-mail Version 2 software, now in beta, allows users to import their handwritten images with scanners and pen input devices. New 'post to web' feature integrates with browser to personalize online greetings and gift cards. The proprietary protocol can be licensed to affiliate web sites for a variety of web-based applications and services.

Signature-mail Version 3 (coming soon) is completely web-based and won't require any software to be installed on the client's computer. It is compatible with web-based e-mail as well as online greeting and gift cards. 

All Signature-mail products are written with a modular code base that is highly adaptable and compatible with current digital signature technologies.
