Note: This is beta software. It does not have all the features
enabled and may not work properly with all systems. The reason we are distributing
this software for free is that we would like your help in identifying any
bugs or idiosyncrasies so that we can fix any problems before its commercial

Each release of Version 2 beta will have more features enabled for testing.
Upcoming features will include the ability to post your handwritten images
to online greetings and gift cards. Version 1 Users will notice
that our autofax service and plug-in integration features have been suspended
for this release, so you will need to have access to a scanner or pen input
device to add your handwriting. However, there is no need to uninstall
Version 1. You can run both versions of the software on your computer without
any conflicts.
Current Signature-mail V2 Beta Software Includes These Features:

Import any .bmp image from your scanner or pen-input device.

Signature-mail now stores an unlimited number of images.

Write E-notesTM that are larger than the
preview window.

Custom color palette is now available.

Works with any program that accepts images from the clipboard.

When you use it with Outlook or Outlook Express, Signature-mail converts
the image to a gif with a transparent background so when used with stationery
or a colored background, your handwritten image looks as if it is written
on the page. It will also include a caption (text equivalent) for onmouseovers
or in lieu of the image when sent to someone with a text only e-mail reader!

the Desktop.
2 - Visit our Help
Desk for instructions on use and print if desired.
3 - After downloading, close all active programs and click
on the file (smv2betasetup.exe) to install Signature-mail.
